Their field service professional is wonderful to work with. Very pleasant attitude. His name is Manny. I had some issues with follow through – that is the only reason i took 1/2 star off customer service. The issue is simply that there may be no existing process to capture the field rep’s notes if follow-up is needed. I called to give them the proactive feedback and the receptivity to my comments was excellent. I am very happy.
