Mark was easy to deal with you and follows through on the tasks assigned. I did have to argue a bit with his office manager to get someone to come out after dark to tweak the position of the lights after they were first installed. Mark did come out and fine-tuned the system in the rain. He added an extra light at no charge. It now looks really good. If I add outdoor lights to the back, I will definitely call Mark and his group first. I am pleased with their performance and responsiveness.
