Can you stand one more compliment? Mike and Mark, you did and excellent job of designing and installing our sprinkler system. I appreciate your flexibility in designing a custom system that met our specific needs. The system was installed and adjusted with all the attention to detail and know-how I would have given it had I been able to do it myself. Pat, I also appreciate you keeping me informed of the work schedules all through the process. Thanks for bearing with me through the many faxes – you handled each one promptly and courteously.
Before choosing Advanced, I did some homework to learn a little bit about irrigation system design. I had four other irrigation contractors (including Rain Tech, Ohio Irrigation, Precipitation Unlimited and Thomas Irrigation, Inc.) look at the job. Of all the contractors, I was impressed to learn that Advanced was the only one to recommend ‘head-to-head’ spacing (used by irrigation experts for total coverage) for our lawn. Surprisingly, with the better design, you gave us the most competitive price. I knew then that putting in our new lawn was too important to compromise on the irrigation system, so we chose Advanced. Liz and I are glad we did!
